The Western Corridor or Western Arc is the single most important initiative the Irish Government could adopt to promote balanced economic development and tap investment funding from the European Union in support of it.
With the radial routes from Dublin to most of the main cities now complete, now is the time to focus on developing a Western Arc connecting Cork, Limerick, Galway, Derry and Belfast.
