€40,000 for new walking and cycling surface

€40,000 has been spent on a new walking and cycling surface at Land of the Giants and McMahon Park.
The older compacted gravel is replaced with the same kind of surface on the Westport-Newport Greenway.
The new surface is much more comfortable for walking and cycling and is wheelchair- and buggy-accessible.
