• Jobs – built advance factory for US multinational, DeCare Dental; employs 100+ in Claremorris. Just next door to DeCare Dental is the CBE Group, the EPoS and credit card payment solutions provider, with over 120 staff.

• Decentralisation – persuaded government to locate the National Monuments Service and 30 staff in Claremorris.

• 250Mb Broadband – got 250Mb fibre to the building and Metropolitan Area Network. Claremorris is Ireland’s first ‘fibre’ town, offering super-fast broadband to Corporates, SMEs and App Developers.

• Energy – industry-grade electricity (110kV and 38kV) and connectivity to natural gas grid.

• LED Christmas Lights – the seasonal feel of the town.
